Samedi 02 octobre, 15 H, bois de Nissan

Le bois de Nissan qui nous accueille pour nos séances de sophro-sylvothérapie a brûlé en partie cet été.

Je vous propose que nous nous y rendions pour une séance avec les arbres ( zone non touchée par l’incendie ) et pour les arbres ( qui accueilleront le soin ).

« Réparations » est le thème de cette séance. Apportons de l’énergie régénérante aux arbres meurtris, pansons nos propres blessures.

Rdv, 15 H, pour 1H30 de partage et séance aux tarifs habituels ( 15€/12€ adhérents à Ici et maintenant ). Pensez à vous inscrire au préalable et, hauts les cœurs!

1ère expérience : “ Entre racines et ciel ”

Je vous propose une série d’expériences en deux volets dans l’esprit des rencontres – sophro, partagées avec vous depuis bientôt 10 ans.

Une proposition en deux étapes pour plus de détente, plus d’évolution et encore plus d’harmonie :

Une première étape auprès des arbres, afin de favoriser notre ancrage, notre lien à la Terre, célébrer notre yin.

Une deuxième étape en plein air, à la plage, afin de développer notre intuition, nous éléver, célébrer notre yang.

21 jours d’écart entre les deux séances pour intégrer en profondeur.

Les thèmes choisis seront en lien avec nos besoins du moment.

Les expériences, quant-à-elles, se dérouleront toujours dans une intention de bienveillance, d’écoute et de partage. Les débutants en sophrologie sont les bienvenus.

Les objectifs de ces rencontres étant encore et toujours, de vous apporter des outils de mieux-être, vous aider à vous reconnaître, à mieux vous aimer et à vivre sereinement dans l’ici et maintenant.

Afin de vous apporter un soin adapté à chacun, je mettrai en œuvre toutes mes techniques, savoir-faire et savoir- être intégrés durant toutes ces années.

Les séances durent 1H30 et les tarifs restent accessibles à tous.*

Les deux séances (sur le même thème) : 35 €/ 30 € tarif adhérents

La séance : 20 €/ 17 € tarif adhérents
