La rencontre-sophro à la plage de ce soir, est reportée à une date ultérieure, pour cause de météo défavorable…vous vous en doutiez!

Je reprendrai le thème mi-juin et le beau temps sera au rdv, je l’espère.

Retrouvons-nous à la rando-sophro du dimanche 02 juin à Bassan, sur le thème « rayonner », un beau programme dans cette grisaille!

PS: pour infos, dans l’attente des séances plein air, les propositions du mois:

                                                                  – Nettoyage de Printemps, 40 € la séance jusqu’au 21 juin.

                                                                  – Carte cadeau fête des mères, 40 € la séance sur un thème de bien-être.

Merci aux nombreux participants à la rando- sophro du dimanche 14 avril!

C’était une journée réussie, ensoleillée, dans l’échange, sur le thème: « s’ouvrir à soi,  aux autres, à la vie ».

Nous poursuivons le samedi 04 mai à 11h avec une rencontre-sophro au bois de Nissan, sur le thème: « Se renforcer »

Une rencontre-sophro est prévue à la mer, le vendredi 17 mai à 18h30 et a pour thème: « Amour pour soi et acceptation ».

Et pour clôturer le cycle, une rando-sophro sur le thème : »Rayonner ».

Tout un programme de bien-être, évolution et partages!
