Sur le thème « Se régénérer », nous nous rallierons aux éléments pour se renforcer, (re)prendre souffle, et s’élever !

Prévoir une serviette de bain pour les exercices de respiration au sol, casquette ou petite laine selon, et c’est parti pour 1h30 de plaisir!

Le Printemps tarde à s’installer, nous avons besoin de nous débarrasser de toutes les tensions accumulées durant l’hiver. Quoi de mieux qu’un nettoyage de Printemps en lien avec les éléments ? RDV mercredi 24 mai à 18H 30 au bois de Nissan, pour une séance avec les arbres !

J’espère que vous allez au mieux et que ce Printemps vous stimule et vous porte à toujours plus d’élan et de joie !

A venir ce mois-ci en rencontres-sophro :

Mercredi 24 mai 18H30 : sylvothérapie au bois de Nissan sur le thème « Nettoyage de Printemps ». Durée 1H30- 12 €/15 €

Mercredi 31 mai 18H30: sophro-plage au Chichoulet (Vendres plage) sur le thème « Se régénérer ». Durée 1H30- 12 €/15 €

Les deux séances sont complémentaires, et si vous pouvez être présents, vous faire plaisir, le soin n’en sera que plus bénéfique. Elles peuvent, bien sûr, être vécues indépendamment l’une de l’autre.

En séance individuelle, profitez ce mois-ci, du soin sophro-énergétique à 45 € au lieu de 50 €. La séance de sophro-énergétique marie la profondeur de la sophrologie à la puissance du Lahochi (soin énergétique). A découvrir !

Depuis le 21 mars et jusqu’au 21 juin, durant le Printemps, la séance sophro-énergétique « nettoyage de Printemps » est à 45 € au lieu de 50 €. J’ai crée cette séance de sophrologie sur de la visualisation et de l’énergétique pour un nettoyage et un renforcement en profondeur.

Pour la fête des mères et des pères, la carte cadeau-sophro peut être une alternative originale et bienveillante pour leur faire du bien!

Samedi 01 er avril, je vous propose une rencontre-sophro.

Le RDV est à 15H au bois de Nissan, parking des moulins, avenue des vieux moulins.

La séance dure 1h30, c’est l’alliance de la sophrologie et de la sylvothérapie, sur le thème « Nettoyage de printemps »

Le tarif reste inchangé : 12 €/15 €.

Le dimanche 16 avril, je vous fait découvrir mes séances flash, à 7 €, sur siège amma, au salon du bien-être de Montady.

Samedi 22 avril, rencontre-sophro « Gestion des émotions » sur le thème : « Dépasser nos peurs ». RDV 14h30 à Montady -durée 2 h- 17€ et 20€.
